DebtConquest.com (“DebtConquest,” “we,” “us”) is a lead-generation and referral service. We collect information you submit on our website and use it to contact you by phone, text, or email and, with your permission, refer you to independent debt-settlement providers (“Affiliates”) who may offer services that fit your situation. We do not provide debt-settlement services ourselves.
By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1) Information we collect
You provide: name, phone, email, state/ZIP, approximate debt amount, and any details you include in free-text fields or during calls/texts/emails with us.
Communications data: call notes, text content and timing, email correspondence (where permitted by law).
Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected via cookies and pixels.
We do not intentionally collect government IDs (e.g., SSN) or bank logins on our site. If such information is needed later, the applicable Affiliate will collect it directly under their own privacy policies.
2) How we use information
