DebtConquest is a lead-generation and referral service. We do not provide debt-settlement services directly. Any relationship you establish with an Affiliate is separate and governed by that Affiliate’s terms and policies.

12. Errors and Delays

DebtConquest is not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect information provided by you, technical issues outside of our control, or delays caused by Affiliates.

DebtConquest may be compensated by Affiliates or other third parties for referrals or lead generation. Your use of the Website constitutes acknowledgment of this compensation arrangement.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute between you and DebtConquest (“Dispute”) shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

• Arbitration shall take place in Ulster County, New York.
• You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
• Any Dispute must be filed within one (1) year of arising.

If arbitration is not enforceable, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ulster County, New York.

15. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
